Default One piece headlights for '94 to '98 Mustangs....

I've heard good and bad regarding the aftermarket "one-piece" headlights made to fit the '94 to '98 Mustangs. If you've tried them, what was your experience? Any particular brand to look out for/avoid? Would like to hear your experience....

Thanks!

I have a set on my 94, they've aged well, but I have yet to see any decent projectors that are used in them. They're so-so imo but if you're not expecting amazing modern projector lights with great light pattern, then you're fine

Don't do it. Or if you do then just be prepared for the social ramifications.

Thank you so much! Original paint, how it lasted this long in the Desert is beyond me. 5.0L HO 5-Speed, 164k, runs like a top, doesn't leak a drop of fluid anywhere. Has Mach 460, which I know nothing about, leather seats, which I like, the electric fan, which I did NOT like, is gone. I moved the ABS Module over to the fender apron, removed the ridiculously over-sized coolant tank and those ugly brackets holding it and the ABS up front, yanked out the fan, and now have a nice 17-inch clutch fan which holds temps just right. Electric fan had huge on-off temp increment (differential), I hated it.

If you would like, I'll dig up my installation pics. imp

You're welcome to them bro, your car and your money. Most would say (and I'd have to agree) that they're mostly terrible. I'm just a fan of the whole (closer to, anyway) oem look though, pretty hard to beat Cobra housings with clear reflector corners. All aftermarket housings fit less than 100% perfect but I have seen numerous complaints on the FB groups I'm a part of noting horrendous fitment with these single piece designs. In fairness though there are several companies who make housings for these cars, hopefully the ones you're considering have fitment toward the better end of the spectrum.
