If i may offer the same advice that was given to me DITCH THE AIR FILTER one back fire and youre sucking melted foam into the engine!After hearing this and really giving it some consideration i scrapped mine and its hanging on the wall.</P>


Other than that you have a killer setup man i like it!I just would hate to see it ruined by that damn filter.</P>

 

oh no i dont run a air filter at all ,just on there to keep the bugs out when i tow it to the track.i have it so i can take it off quick i dont have it bolted on ,its just a quarter miler for right now juust but my new motor in fixing to run it soon this time i have some NOS on it ,ran 11.14/124mph before, hoping to get it in the low 10s or even better a 9.99 and it still has cold a/c and power steering /fixing to get a manual rack,i dont know if i want to take the a/c off and the whole a/c heater box. to lose more weigth to see my 9 sec. goal. but it freaks people out when they see the a/c still on there an working ,,but thanks for the tip on the air cleaner ,,a burned a few myself dude are you going to but NOS on your car i seen your thread,i would let you know what i run in a few weeks.
