Default Bad starter ?

Check this video sounds like starter motor is attempting to turn but stops >>

Could it be a bad starter? I tried to tap the solenoid manually on firewall to turn car over and same thing attempts to turn just like from the key.

Either the starter, or your missing teeth on the fly-wheel. If you cam turn the crank by
hand a little, try to start it again, if it catches, then it's missing teeth. Heh, a friend of
mine had a Saturn, he had to turn the crank if it happened to stop where the missing
teeth were on the flywheel... Then you could hear it jump when they passed by the
starter....
