I need help identifying a wiring connector that is on the Passenger side, rear of engine. I cannot find anywhere it plugs into. Really appreciate some help from some guys or gals with more knowledge than I. Passenger side, connector next to it comes from under supercharger it is connected. ? Cannot find where this goes
If the car is running ok, my GUESS is that it's the connector for the CMCV motor. (Charge Motion Control Valve). The Motor sits behind and under the intake manifold and controls some butterfly plates that go between the intake manifold and intake ports on the head. They help control air intake at various RPMS from idle to mid throttle. They are fine for stock cars as removal on a stock car will results in a bit of a loss of power on the low end for a bit of a gain on the high end. On cars with either a lot of NA work or that are FI, the butterflies (and motor) are usually removed.
I'm thinking the motor and butterflies were removed because you have a SC.

That makes a lot of sense as to what it is, The car isn’t running well so I’m looking for issues and saw the connector. Hard 1st to 2nd shifts the car dies. Knocks it into forced limited power.
People usually unplug that CMCV if they replace the intake manifold with one
that doesn't have the system, and you have a Saleen supercharger, so it
doesn't have that system. AS stated, the connector isn't round in the service
manual, but it is just a picture, and it does have four wires...

That sounds like a tune issue.
Do you have the tuner for the car our did you recently buy it as-is? If you recently bought it as-is. You should have it dynoed to make certain the tune is good. They can also diagnose the issue while it's on the dyno or tell you what's not working right so you can have a better idea of what could be wrong and have a shop further diagnosis if it's out of your realm of knowledge.
