Default Red Brake Light On - ABS?

Bought a heavily modded 2013 GT. Had Strange Racing brakes and previous owner had deleted the e-brake when upgrading the rear . Have since put on Baer Ironsport with e-brake built into the caliper. Hooked cables up and works great now, but my red brake light is still on on the dash. ABS sensors are currently pulled (since the axle work deleted the reluctor wheel things that the ABS sensors read). Obviously ABS light is on too. Since the cables are reengaged and brake fluid is right where it is supposed to be, it got me wondering - will having no ABS sensors trigger the red brake light AND the ABS light? Trying to get it inspected in my state and it will not pass with this light (even with everything working). Going crazy trying to figure it out and hate having an awesome car sit (although it’s gonna be a beast at the track).
