Default Stalls in carwash

I have a 2006 Mustang GT that will stall when going through the automatic carwash during the winter when it is cold. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? I have a K&N air filter in place of the stock one.I was wondering if I should just shut the car off when going through seeing it is already in neutral.
Thanks

Is the air filter getting wet or is it inside the stock box?

No it is not getting wet and yes inside stock air box. It only happens during the winter months when it seems to be below freezing

05/06 mustangs are known to get leaks near the SJB. That's the fuse block in the passenger side kickpanel. Check there for wetness after going through the carwash.

All items contract when cold so it's possible that it only leaks when cold.
