Boost/Vac Pressure Idle?

Hey guys, so out of curiosity I wanted to see what my boost/vac sensor would be at when the car is turned off... then car on with the AC off ... and then car on with the AC on

car off is at 0.1

Car on with AC off at around 20.0

Car on with AC on at around 17-18

are these normal?
