Fit, yes. Work? Very qualified yes.

 

Lots of people have done it but it takes a bit of work. Just curious why you'd want to though, you'll be losing a fair bit of hp between the two engines (at least in stock form). If you're going to go through the hassle of swapping a windsor, I'd do a 351.
