Default Transmission Noise

Rattling coming from Transmission. It's a 5 speed. When I push the clutch in, the sound goes away. It shifts fine, doesn't slip, and sound goes away at 50mph or above. Throw out bearing?

Also, it sounds like aluminum can bouncing around under the car.

I just saw your post today and if you haven’t fixed the issue it could be the transmission input bearing. The throw out bearing would make noise when you depress the clutch pedal as that’s when it’s turning.
I just did the one in my 2005. While transmission was out I did the pilot and throw out bearings too.

Default Thank you

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I found the issue. The input shaft is snapped in half. I blew a seal out going down the interstate and lost all of my oil. I probably should have towed the car but I was a long way from home.
