Default 5.4 3v vs 2v block

Im comming from the f150 fourms and cant get an awnser on this. Ive got a 5.4 3v in my truck and im looking to build a block for it. I bought a 5.4 block off marketplace but it was out of a 2v truck i was told that anything could interchange on a 5.4 whether its 2v,3v, or 4v. While disassembling the block i seen the block has one valley spot for a knock sensor(front center), while mine has 2 spots in the valley(1 on each bank). So my question is am i able to use this block? And will there be any other differences?

2v

3v

should i just make a bracket to relocate both to front of the block?
