Door panel vinyl separation, Can you help me find this?

So I have an 06 s281 SC and of course the door panel vinyl is separating. I know this is common and happens on all of the s197s. I could opt for the coverlay things or some replacement fabric from amazon or one of the parts websites like american muscle, however I saw a while ago on youtube, a gentleman had installed some red diamond stitched suede and I think it looks great, the video quality is not good however

. I want to do the same thing with the same fabric but can not find it. I took the car to a custom upholstery shop in my area that has been in business for about 30 years, they said they would not be able to do a diamond stitched suede or alcantara because it would be too thick. I questioned them for a bit, told them I've seen it done and offered to show them the video, but they wouldn't budge on their opinion that it wasn't possible. I want to have this done by a professional if I can, or at least find the fabric and do it myself. I can find suede, I can find alcantara/microsuede, I can find diamond stitched vinyl, But I can not find black suede/alcantara with red diamond stitching. Has anyone done this? or know where I can buy the material from the video or something similar? I'd rather not buy a sewing machine just do to this lol
