Default Please help to select a correct Water Pump

Hi guys, I own Ford Mustang 2017 3.7 with automatic transmission. I need to select a new water pump, but on eBay, I see pumps with 3-bolt pulleys and 4-bolt pulleys. The listings say they are both compatible, but that sounds strange. Which one is correct to choose for my car? The pictures are below.

Look at your fan and see which one you have.

The water pump pulley doesn't connect to a fan.

But otherwise the advice is sound. Look at what your current pulley is and buy that pump.

This is what I found inside my car. So, it seems this listing will be the correct one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/256496635910

Glad you found it. Sorry about the fan advice, not familiar with every model year but there is always something connected to the water pump.

Do what the original poster did. Open the hood of your car and look at the pulley.
