Default A4LD Trans leaking (a lot)

Picked up a 93 convertible with 78,000 on it. Has the 2.3 Liter 4 cy and the A4LD trans. Sat in a garage for 8 years without using. Cleaned the tank out and put some good gas in it. Working on brake issues which will be easy. Have not had the car on the road yet because of the brakes but it runs fine in park. Only problem is that it leaks transmission oil after idling for about 10-15 minutes. The oil is coming from the very front of the trans where the torque converter meets the engine. And it is leaking A LOT. I put some Bars leak in the trans but that is probably not going to fix it. Put in a new thermostat to make sure it was cooling properly. Any miracle suggestions that don't involve dropping the trans? Getting too old to be crawling under!

There are no miracles for a leaking seal except to replace it. Any products used to stop leaks in radiators and the like only lead to other problems by clogging up something else.
