2013 3.7. Car is throwing codes p0050 (heater control circuit) p2196 (stuck rich) p2198 (stuck rich) all codes are for upstream sensors. sensors have been replaced twice now. the car shudders/studders pretty dramatically, to the point it feels like its going to stall. it also feels like its got an exhaust break activated, everytime I let off the throttle you can feel it breaking. where and what should I do to start diagnosis?

AFR 14.1-14.9 (values are commanded, measured is the same, except it occasionally goes to 15)
cat temp 870 @ Startup 1,012 after 1 hr driving (clogged would be hotter right?)
engine load 30-40 at idle (seems high?)
B1/S1 voltage shows nothing..
B1/S1 wide range equivalency ration .9-.12 @ idle
B1/S2 voltage .77-.80 @ idle
B1/S2 wide range equivalency ratio shows nothing,..

I find it odd that S1 shows nothing for voltage, and B2 shows nothing for eq. ratio. is there only one sensor for each on each side?
