I have a 2003 mach 1 and is completly stock right now. im going to have about 2000$ to put in to the car at this point in time, im looking to get the most out of the money and to see what gives the biggest increase in torque and horsepower. any input from anyone would be appreciated.

 

I would the exhaust, maybe CAI, and some gears would help.

Catback, midpipe, drop-in K&N filter or complete CAI, 4.10 or 4.30 rear gears, and custom tune.

If you have a 5-speed replace the stock shifter with a short-throw shifter such as a Tri-Ax or MGW.

 

There are some strong Turbo kits out there for just a little more then that and they will give you some ungodly power and you can retain your Ram Air, from there all the basic bolt ons and tuners to help. SLP Loudmouth exhaust kicks *** too.

 

if i turboed it i would have to tune it for the turbo and all that fun stuff which i wouldnt have enough money for. the exhaust catback and xpipe sounds good and prolly a short shifter ill toss in there, any more suggestions would be great.
