Default Strange Antifreeze leak

Hey all. I'm new to this forum, i just recently bought a 95 GT about a month ago. The car runs great. Over the past about 2 or 3 weeks i've been having to add antifreeze. i couldnt find out where it was leaking from. Finally i was looking with a flashligh down under the headers on the passenger side and i saw some antifreeze in a small puddle. I jacked the car up and discover antifreeze coming from under a bolt just below the head. I'm not sure if this is a bolt for the block or what it is for. i have a picture. i will post it if i can figure out how. Does anyone know what this problem could be? Also, my oil is fine, and the exhaust smoke is normal, normal color and normal smell. thanx

Looks like you have a head gasket leak on the outside of the bolt so the AF leaks on the engine and not in the oil.

Is this a hard fix, or pretty easy. I was planning to replace the upper and lower intake over the winter anyways. After those are off, am i close to the head ?

from the looks of the pics i would say headgasket leak freeze plugs wouldn make it leak right there at the head bolt like that.

if you are yanking the intake off any way your halfway there to replaceing the headgaskets. just pull the headers and what front accessoies that need to be removed take the valve covers off lossen the rockers pull the push rods. unbolt the heads bee sure all the gasket surfaces are clean, also don't leave any trash in the cylinders. then just put your new gaskets on. i am one of those poeple that prefer to use new headbolts some poeple will reuse the old ones they are only a few buck so i just get new ones. btw when you get your gaskets get a headgasket kit it will have all the intake andheader gaskets with it.

Does anyone think that the gasket couldof gone bad because of overheating ? or what are some reasons the head gasket could go bad like that. I'm just hoping that the head isnt warped.

the car is pretty old. Head gaskets can go after time.

Are there alot of miles on it?
