i was woundering what cam you guys think would be the best for my 93 5.0. which one will have sort of a rough idle, and pass emissions. thank you

Call some cam companies and talk to them, they have a whole system set up to reccommend you a cam

Also, if your car's stock, i wouldn't recommend a cam. It'll actually make your car slower, but I dont know what mods you have on your car

 

Um.... A e cam is old but it is still a great street cam and still makes great power and if you will notice comp has a cam for the 5 liter motor that is ground after the e cam specs so aprantly its not that bad.....But the best cam you can buy is a custom grind and not a off the shelf cam no matter who it is made by...
