I have a 2005 V6 mustang. have done some work on it including the installation of a Hurst competition shifter. The old shifter was very rough, not smooth throw. The new shifter is no better. I wonder if it is a linkage problem. When shifting, slow, it seems to hang-up and then go into gear. Any suggestions? Troubled, I had one in 1965 now my second chance and I want to relive my past. I'm an old man now.
