ya actually... your 3.8 k member and what not is like a foxbody. the 4.6's elminted the break booster and started running it with the power stearing. the V6 3.8 still used the break booster just like the 5.0's.. if you look into both the cars the 5.0 and the 3.8 its so simular its not even funny... but its just missing 2 cylanders.
so technically... and a 5.0 block is much easyer to drop in a SN95+ mustang thats a V6! and NOT a V8

You WILL need a set of specail headers, no big deal as they are produced by several company's....
Just be ready to pay for them.
I would use full lenght Hookers, quality can't be beat........
