Can any one tell me the exact differences between the 5.0 High Output and the regular 5.0 ??????

mostly minor diffences a ho has a double roller timing chain thinner head gaskets diffent came and form 87-95 had the e7 truck heads.

And the regular 5.0 on has 150 HP, compared to 205-225 for the H.O.

I think someone once told me that the firing order was different as well, but im not too technical, so i probably have no idea what im talking about.

The firing order is different. The "HO" uses the 351W firing order.

Heads,roller cam,351w firing order is the major differnce's along with other minor things...
