something wrong with my clutch
for some reason, my clutch is acting weird it just now started it this week.
i would dump the clutch and it would take alittle to engage, and then i would redline first gear, and dump the clutch again in second gear, and the RPMs would keep going up for a few seconds and then finally engage and catch second gear.
is there anyway i can fix this? or is it just time to change my clutch?
my car is only at 21k miles.

RE: something wrong with my clutch
do you drive hard and dump the clutch a lot? 21k miles is pretty low to be changing a clutch, but thats what is sounds like you might have to do. sounds like its really starting to slip. driving hard all the time is fun, but it will cost you.

it probably was not in the right adjsutment.
what year is your car? the older stock clutch you just need to pull up on the clutch pedal, and it will adjust. it will do it as you go too, but if it was not fully engaging, you were burning it up.
it is definitely slipping now, and you need to drive it ez if you want to not just lose it altogether....once the disc comes apart, they tend to stay engaged, and you can't even come to a stop. w/ out stalling it.
