rearend width

Anyone know if a 79-93 fox body 8.8 rear is the same width as a 94-98 stang 8.8? Thanks for the help! Eric

'79-'85 were 7.5 and '86+ were 8.8

but yes , an 8.8 is an 8.8

BTW, lookin Ford's racing catalog for an 8.8.........
