Thanks man..got alot of money tied up in the GT and just started on the Cobra. 400 rwhp for a daily driver and 500 rwhp toy aint bad..lol..now if I can just get one out of the shop from being modified and redrop the other back off for the rest!

Oh i didnt even see you have a ORANGE 2004 cobra, daaaaamn, im so jelous, orange is the best color, and BY FAR the rarest! all u need is the diablo chip, SLP, pullie, i think it will be over 500hp Do you have pics of the orange cobra???

Actually it takes a little more than that. I have a 2.8 pully,4 pounds lower, ported polished eaton, accufab throttle body, bassani x-pipe, magnaflow cat back, JLT cold air with a diablo predator tuner. I have all that stuff but have to get it put on still. Tranny in GT went out on the way to TENN for Thanksgiving so it went into the shop for a tranny built for 750hp/tq, Corbra tank with twin pumps and custom tune. I had the option of rebuilding the engine to handle more boost or just starting over with a better platform. Think I got some pics of her-Shane

I got a couple hundred bucks from MGW in chrome. Looks pretty nice in my opinion especially at car shows. I plan to race the GT and preserve the Cobra. Will need to get another daily driver in a year or so-Shane

Since ya got chrome..the chrome one. The MGW was around 75 bucks. About 2 days ago I went to ACE hardware to buy the 4 bolts to go with it. They were chrome also and cost 10 bucks[&:] But..I wanted it done rite so what can ya do-Shane

I I think the chrome will match the wheels better, but might stick out like 2 much, ugh, its ganan take me a week or so 2 decide, i never buy somthing for my cobra with out thinking it out, even it its somthing this litter, man I just not sure which I look better, its a total toss up[&:] it rather take the 50bucks I save and get my 3:55s or my CAI off ebay, im ganna paint it all black with COBRA painted in silver or red, not sure yet, how did you paint yours?

can I get some more opionions on those? lol

Mine was painted by JLT when I bought it. The pipe and the kit was under $300. When getting cold air kits make sure you dont get metal. Either get the densecharger or the K&N FIPK or the JLT which is a fav. You must not have thought long on getting the Eibach springs! Just teasing...more of a H&R springs fan myself. Might be better going with 3.73 gears unless you have an auto..then 4.10s for sure. Jumping up one gear size really aint worth the money. I love my 4.10s thats for sure. Make sure when you buy them that they are Ford Racing Gears cause most installers will warranty them. -Shane
