hey all, how do i get the picture like all of yall have on the left side of the screen. i tried a lot of different things to get it on there but im in no luck with it. can someone give me directions to do it. thanx

 

ya got to go in to your profile and look for avatar it will let you up load a pic just make sure its the right size and format.
