This is about the third time this week i have answered this question...

V6 to v8 swap you will need.....

Motor, mounts, springs front and back, struts/shocks (probably) front and back, possibly a new fuel pump, wiring harness, computer, radiator, flywheel and clutch (for manual) or flexplate (for auto), Transmission and crossmember and bushings, driveshaft, U-joints, U-bolts for U- Joints, rear end, i'm not sure if any of the steering components etc will need to be changed (i know on my old '67 they did)

2.3 to 5.0 is pretty easy you will need motor mounts, a double hump trans cross memeber. a tranny(the 2.3 tranny will bolt up but won't hold long) the 4cyl suspention will hold the 5.0 supprisingly well the front will be about .5 inches lower if you want to drag the car they will be fine for you.

things that arent abad idea to change rear end, brakes, radiator.

if you plan on fuel injection the computer and harness for the motor if you are gonna carb it you will need a fuel presure regulator and of coars all the other stuff like the carb.
