how much horse power to the wheel am i putting out, my fastest time at the tracks is 14.45
i have about $ 250, what should i buy first to drop my et (cheapest horsepower) or should i just save for rear gears

Gears, no doubt about it. Single most dramatic change in the cars performance will come from a gear change. I image your year and model would have stock 3.27's. Depending on your tranny and what your main cruising use is, 3.73's or 4.10's would be best. 4.30's just manage to make your first gear (or two) basically worthless and contributes to many replaced tires. 4.30's also tend to put a huge strain on your whole engine over time. You'd definitely need drag tires of somekind with the 4.30's as well. Little or no traction with anything less. Save for the gears.
