Default Steering wheel 77 stang

How hard is it to change a steering wheel in a 77 stang? I want to put like an old hot rod steering wheel on it because the one i have now is cracked and faded.

should be pretty easy.

get a pic i will be able to tell you more accureatly but basicaly you pull the center cover off I think you will have to take some screws off the back of the steerring wheel off. then there will be a large bolt in the center take it off. then the only specialty tool you will need is a steering wheel puller ya can get at eh parts store for less than 10 bucks. or less than 20 you are canadian. just put the bolts in the holes on either side of the center bolt and use the puller to yank the wheel off. then slide your new steering wheel on and tighten the center bolt.

does that have a center mount horn or side button. if it is a center mount then there will just be a few screws to take loose. to be honest i have tore in to a few steering wheels but never a mustang II so i can't tell you for sure but that should give you enought info to work it out.
