i don't realy know where to post this so i'll try here. I have a 68 coupe and am interested in swaping the guts from a 04 cobra into it.harness ecu trany etc. I know i'll have to do alot of munipulating of the floor board for that monsterous t56 however the idea of fuel injection leaves this carb crap for the birds .basically my question is does any one know where i can get any articals about this swap or have any sugestions?

ya might want to break out a measuing stick and make sure that dohc 4.6l is gonna fit between the shock towers on that 68. if it will your best bet is to find a wrecked cobra and start swaping parts you will have to figure out the gass tank and all of that but it shouldn't be that bad.

iv'e allready checked on the shock towers and a mustang two suspension would allow me to get rid of the towers its front clearance for raidiator and air to air cooler as well as how much of the floor board i'll have to tear up for the t56
