you would probably have to make some custom headers for it. u may be able to get a new bellhousing so u can keep ur current tranny. driveshaft length will need changing. new motor mounts and k member most likely. oil pan for the engine. most likely a new hood because the 351W is a pretty tall engine. then a new wiring harness

Hooker has the headers on the shelf. 'Bout $500 or so.
Dunno about the K member but I do know you'll need a hood as the 351W is 'bout 1 1/2" taller and you don't have rrom.......

fox body headers shoudl work just fine yeah you will need a mustang oil pan and all of that i don't see the tranny or rear holding long behind a good 351 thats a lot of torque.

you dont really need a new harness for this motor to work, but it is always a good idea to replace the old one anyways

um how the hell do ya run the fuel injection on a 351 with a 3.8 harness?

now if you are talking about the body harness no you don't need that at all.

The 351W Hooker headers are for a Fox body.
You WILL have trouble trying to use 302 headers due to the deck hieght differances.....
