Yes it is.They said it is a good idea to pour abottle in because it stops the lines from having condensation in them during winter weather.</P>
Yea thats the name of the brand. That stuff really works good. Over the summer my car sate for 3 mounths, while i was waiting for my motor to be built. When i was ready to start it up, I put that in and it was find.
Well my car set for over a year while i was gone and through me building it up and i had a full tank of 93 octane and ut no additives in my tank and it was fine! That crap is junk if you ask me.Its useless n2o is right theres no humidity in winter whats to cause moisture?
The moisture isn't caused in the winter. It builds up from water in your gas (yes, eventually it builds up) moisture caused by temp. changes, etc. In the winter, this can freeze/make your car burn dirtier. I believe dry gas is some oil/Alcohol mix. It surrounds the impurities and takes them through your gas lines..the alcohol makes it burn hotter and the water/impurities are burned up. Your car will actually run cleaner. It's a trick I learned from an Emissions inspector when our van had like 213,000 miles on it. IT DOES WORK! It also keeps that water from freezing, unlikely, but it could happen.
