so i get my alumnium bbk pulleys for the 5.0 of course, jw how much gain ill be lookin at... long tubes, o/r x, super 40's for the mods, now the pulleys, how much power would u say? 15+?

 

Try 10 hp at the max, most likely less. Never go by the manufactures claim

 

yeah about 5 hp really

every +10 hp or -100 lbs is worth a tenth roughly...(at the early stages anyway)

other realistic gains are about 7 hp from an intake, 15-20 hp from an entire exhaust...header to tailpipe.

no where near what guys and companies claim.

 

I'd have to say bout 3 hp from a cai and 5-8 from exhaust...you get better throttle response from those two though.

 

not to mention a more efficient car all in all
