Default new pistons necessary??

i have found a set of 289 54cc heads with 1.94/1.50 intake/exhaust valves installed. My question is would i have to run an aftermarket piston with these heads or could i get away with a stock cast piston? i know you can get away with a 1.90 intake on stock pistons, but i dont know with these heads and the small @$$ chambers
