Does anyone know what an executive sticker for an intake or what they are? I took my 95 stang to get smoged and I was told the cam was not street legal, and I needed an executive sticker for the intake. I have a stock cobra intake with a K&N air. It has a vortech boost and a cam, but the cam is street legal. I am having a hell of a time getting it smoged.
some one correct if i am wrong but I think they are talking about the carb oe number. As far as them telling you your cams not street legal, that has nothing to with the intake. Did you tell them its a stock manifold? Those emissions guys are morons and dont know sh**. Try going to a different station.
they may be talking about the warning sticker for the air intake. some if not all intakes are required to have a warning sticker on em. whether some places care or not depends on where you go.

I just got an Edelbrock Tubular exhaust system for another vehicle, and with the supplied logo sticker there was also a little sticker with the product # and a CARB OE or something #. I think after reading this thread I know what its for now.....
