Default Classic Stang / New Grill

Hey hey! I have a 1968 mustang fastback which looks pretty nice, but I'm not liking the beat-up classic grill. I got the idea that those new '06 V6 Mustang Pony Package grills (with the chrome 'pony corral') might look pretty nice and you know, just different (in a good way) in it, and it pry wouldn't be hard to get ahold of one. Does anyone here think that this would work (size wise, as well as style-wise)? I'd like to see what some of you think of my idea. Thanks.

i dont have a clue if it would fit or not. but here is a link that you can buy a billet grill from. http://www.mustangdepot.com/OnLineCa...let-grills.htm i think these grills look better than what your talking about. but your opinion is the best for your car.

I agree that the billet grills look pretty sweet in the classic stangs... but that's something a lot of people do, ya know?

I like the look of the 2005 GT. That is how I had my 67 GT.

i personally love the 68, my favorite mustang year. so i dont think you should put anything on a 68 that isnt meant for a 68. but hey, i think itd look pretty hot no matter what. good luck with ur conquests man.
