im looking for a place to magnaflux hot tank and measure my block but no one will give a price because they say "we need to see if it needs honing or boring then we can go from there". its driving me crazy. the engine only has 40,000 km since last rebuild and all that was done then so i dont think any machine work is necessary. any idea what it should cost me for hot tank magnaflux and measuring for new parts?

 

I dont think it is that much, My friend works for Jack Merkle Engines so Ill ask him monday for ya. They sell Self Magnaflux kits for under 50$ too
