Default Is this "wheelhop?"

Hey all,

I own a 2000 convertible with a steeda stage one suspension package and k-b subframes... 315s on theback, and the car puts out 400 rwhp... when I stomp on it, the rear of the car jutters... its not so much spinning the wheels (which I believe it is doing too, but...) but what exactly is causing this, and what sort of mods can clear this up? I want to be able to put that power down, not have to lift off to let the car settle down! Any info, ladies and gents?

Ignorantly yours,

Ash

woo hoo the age old problem of wheel hop
you might try upper and lower control arms that could help a little.

Better quad shocks would help a little, though most people just remove them because upgrading your lower and upper controll arms will take care of the problem in most cases as well as better shocks. Also springrate may not be appropriate for your cars mods.

Good Luck.
