I have a 95 gt. and my passenger side wiper fluid sprayer wont spary my windshiled it just like squirts straight out in one spot. Do you think it would be cloged. I put a paperclip in the outside of it and it didnt help how would i get to it from the inside by the engine?>

You have to remove the wipers and the cowl. The squirters are accesible once the cowl is off. Becareful though, they are made of plastic and can break easily.

well not sure about the stang but my GF had the same problem with her acura. i opened the hood and asked her to press the button, the connection was loose, half of it was squirting inside the engine. it just held with some sort of clip, i yanked it out, cleaned it and reconnected it... it's been fine ever since.

my bad, i didn't even think of it, hers were comig out of the hood, that's not your case at all.

yes it's clogged. try running some winter window washer through it and see if that works.
