carb'd or injected? they make injected 460's don't they?
if it's injected you'll need all the wiring, computer, and all kinds of fancy electrical stuff. either way you'll need a whole new rear end, a big beefy one, new tranny or a stronger version of what you have. a 460 is going to kill your f/r weight ratio.

motor mounts
ford racing makes them
headers
hooker makes them
oil pan
agian ford racing.
radiator
any good radiator company
transmition
rear end
springs. if you where talking 302 i would say don't worry about the springs but a 460 is heavy.
and pretty much every thing else to make the engine runn.

he will have to find a tranny with a bigblock bell housing a built c6 might be a good idea.
