I had my stock 1995 3.8 stang dynod wednesday and something weird happened. The dyno guy said he had never seen it before but will give dynojet a call. Anybody know why there is a roller coaster loop in my dyno graph?

I think it is throwing off my max figures as well.
around 124hp and around 175torque

never seen that before, what is the redline on that engine, does not seem like he pulled it very high.

 

After seeing some loops in the graph, I would want to stop too.

 

redline 4750rpm, speed limiter hit at 112 miles per hour so we could not pull to redline. i didn't want a tune or remove speed limiter yet.

does anyone know wtf is up with my graph? we pulled twice and the loop is there each time! is it my car!?? arggg this makes me angry.

 

Maybe try and take it to a different dyno.
