Default Headlight issue

Ok so I made a thread a while back about my headlights.
When driving down the road and I hit the cracks and bumps in the road, my headlights light rattles... if that makes since.
Some people told me to check the housing that holds the headlight in... Everything there seems to be ok.
So the other day I was looking at them a little bit closer and I think I figured out what might be the problem.
It seems to me that bracket/housing that the headlight sits in and is 'pined' to isn’t right. It’s all floppy and doesn’t seem to be very stable.
I don’t have any pics at this time... but maybe some of you can take a headlight out and take a pic of what yours looks like... and I can compare what mine looks like to yours and maybe see something that isn’t right.
There are 4 bolts that hold the bracket in and I made sure they were all tight.
If you have any help, I would greatly appreciate it!
I found a pic of the whole mounting panel.. its the left and right sides i think that are not right.
