outside window sills

outside window sills
Does any1 kno how 2 remove the outter window sills, the ones that sit right in front of the windowws and are black. Mine are chrome now and i want 2 paint them black but i dont have a clue how 2 remove them. Ive already removed the mirrors. Any help would be greatly appreciated thx in advance.
