If you want the BEST bang for your buck, in currency and performance, tunable induction is the way to go. Simple heat transfer laws will tell you that metal is much more retentive to heat than plastic. In a hot engine bay, you're MAC BBK or whathaveyou CAI's will get hot and warm up the air much more than Tunable's system will. Cooler air means denser and denser means more 02, and that means more power.

A system for a 95GT is 102$, check www.tunableinduction.com

Theres two models for a v6. A full length for 160 and the other thats like 102 dollars or something way down there. What do yall think for a v6? Would it be the better buy, the full length one, over other CAIs?

mac looks pimp, nice pipes, not cheap plastic, if you want plastic, make a fender intake and slap a K&N on it, for like 20 bucks tops (not including air filter) the plastic looks like ricer

HAHAHAHAH!!!! I hope your kidding me... Since plastic intakes are sooo ricey and all...[sm=loser.gif] Last time I checked, about 90% of intakes for civics and other imports are all made of metal and all look like the Mac kit...

that is becuase they always TRY to look cool, they dont WANT to look like crap, but they still do no matter what they put on a 4 popper, but the plastic just has nothing gleamin on it, go with mac bro, its nice, BIG pipes, plus it was on my car when i bought it so thats always a bonus! hahahah but seriously, just build one, why pay 130 bucks for a COLD AIR INTAKE? id put that towards gears, something you will feel for sure, or a tuner, or exhaust, something you cant really rig up for as cheap... just my opinion

Think about it the longer the pipe the more friction loss you have to over come. Keep it as short as you can.
