Shops and Events near Atlanta??
First off, Im trying to find a good shop that can install some 4.10 gears for me. Any recommendations? Im in Henry County so anywhere near Atlanta or the south side is a huge plus but I can drive a bit if I have to.
Secondly, any good events coming up soon? Races, shows, etc.
Lastly, whats the deal with Atlanta Motorsports Park? Like if I wanted to take my car to the track could I? I saw something on their site about it being like 10k/year for a membership.

There are a couple of good shops around Atlanta, you can go to Summit, Mo's speed shop, Injected engineering. I know all of these places have experience with mustangs which is important when getting your gears installed.
You can check out Georgia Regional Mustang Club http://garmc.net we have events posted on the website calendar.
As for Atlanta Motorsports Park I can't give any feedback first I have heard of them if your just wanting to do the quarter mile you can check out the local drag strips I know they are pretty affordable with cheap runs on Friday nights.

MV Performance is the shop I've been using for the last 7 years. They're located off of 316, headed out towards Athens, GA. They just installed a set of 3.73's in one of my buddy's/club member's car. If you're interested in talking to them, their number is 770.725.7862.
Injected Engineering is located up here by me, off of Wade Green Rd, and Mo's Speed Shop is located out in Dallas. Our club will be having a Dyno Day out at Mo's Speed Shop on Saturday March 30th at 8:00am. I know it's not right around the corner from you, but if you're not doing anything you should come and hang out.
As far as shows and things, as Dawghouse (Clint) mentioned, check out our club's website for a list of things...also check out our Facebook page, Georgia Regional Mustang Club. That is where we regularly communicate and plan things out.
Right now, we have around 10 members or so going to the MustangsUnlimited show this Saturday.....and we're planning a club caravan down to Macon, GA in 2 weeks for the Cherry Blossom Festival Car Show. One of the meeting points will be at the Cracker Barrell off of Exit 218, just North of the Summit Racing Store.
Atlanta Motorsports Park, up here North of me in Dawsonville, is awesome...but yeah, membership pricing is nuts. Best thing to do is call and talk to them regarding what you're looking for.

Thought I would throw this out there in case you havent gotten the install done yet. RPM of Georgia is a new business in Stockbridge and is a good buddy of mine. They do great work and have done multiple installs on all my cars (not just Mustangs).
He does the install for $650 which includes EVERYTHING.
Check them out on Facebook and give them a call.
