I'm 36 and have a multi-car discount.
Currently, I pay $393.50 /6-months for my 2005 Mustang GT, $322.20 /6-months for my 2003 350Z, and $218.50 /6-months for my 1995 Eagle Talon. The total yearly cost for insuring all of them is $1868.40.
I'll soon to be adding a 1983 380SL to my insurance. We'll see how much that will be.

Its a known fact that car insurance for the youngest and oldest of drivers are always going to be high due to their high accident rate.
But as we all know, as you get older towards the middle ages, premiums start to go down. Other factor can help, for example, if you've had a clean record throughout your life, which is not very common.

I wonder how much Jay Leno pays to insure the 107 cars in his collection?

Isn't it funny how Insurance rates are ALL OVER THE PLACE!

Obviously, there aren't a lot of rules and regulations for them.... One would think they pretty much charge what ever they feel like.

Coverage isn't apples to apples either.

Some will say.... take it to the shop and send us the bill.

Others will make you have it inspected by them 3 times... make you get 3 bids... then try to pay you 500 less then the lowest bid, but also want to NOT replace so called "unnecessary" items like hood liners and re-use crashed parts that can't be seen when the hood is shut.

I hate insurance companies... LOL
I think they must be run by politions!

Yes insurance companies rule the world and need brought down a couple notches. 35 married, homeowner, clean record 755/year. My rep told me that insurance is reasonable on the S197s?

You know, I'd have a serious problem with insurance that was 50-75% the amount of my car payment [:@]
