Default 4.10 Gears

These give you a quicker 1/4 0-60 right? They hurt top end gas mileage though? Explanations plz!

NO NO NO NO!

you gas milage will flip flop city and highway at the worst, and it will actually increase your top speed due to the fact that you can use OD and get into the powerband to be able to break through the drag.

the switch from 3.55 to 4.10 will increase your RPMs, decrease your 1/4 mile time and lower the top speed of the vehicle slightly overall.

actually, lowering the gearing ratio, while lowering the ultimate top end potential, gets the engine into much more desireable powerbands at a given speed, therefore RAISING the top speed in effectual practice

+1 Got 'em love 'em. Greater acceleration, 5th gear (manual) much livelier, and MPG, lost an average of 2/10ths per gallon combined city/highway. Just do it!
