Down here in New Orleans all I did was show my liscence and registration. Didnt do anything as far as checking for emesions. I was in and out 9 dollars later after probably 3 minutes. It took longer for him to put my sticker on than to actually check the car out.

In New Orleans one guy took my 10 dollars while the other guy slapped the sticker on. My windows were down so he didn't even open the door.
