Is the u7140 diablosport predator compatible with 05 AND 06? Or is it just for 05? I would think it would be the same computer.

If you have the latest firmware on the Predator it will be 06 compatible.

Yup. Just have to update the firmware. Go to their website and foloow the instructions to update it. You can either go to a local Chipmaster Revolution Tuner or purchase some stuff from Radioshack and do it yourself.
I did it to mine, so I know for a fact it works on the '06.
