Default HEADER question

My brother and I got the C&L intake on and the motoblue underdrive pullies on. Just have to get the right tune in my predator. Then we started to tackle the BBK ceramic shorty headers. After we found out that we had to remove the motor mounts, starter, and steering linkage just to reach the bolts and to get the manifolds off. We decided it wasn't worth it and never put them on. My question is, do you guys think it's worth going through the pain of putting them on just for a few extra horses? The tubing on the manifolds didn't seem any smaller than the tubing on the headers. Or do you think I should get long tube headers? Because I'm thinking of just going with better flowing mufflers.

If you are planning on staying NA and want to maximize performance through exhaust modification, you will be greatly disappointed in shorty headers. Go with long tube headers, high flow cats, X pipe and a descent axle back setup.

Mine in 3, along with the xpipe, highflow cats, sct2, u/d's, and cai....

After reading about them for soooo long, my tax return finally afforded me them.
