My Z-71 ran 14.8 Stock 5800 LB Race Weight 285 hp @ 5200 rpm 325 lb.-ft. torque @ 4000 rpm
Stock Dodge 12.6@106mph is the best I've heard of for a stock SRT/10... SRT10 QCSB run mid to high 13s at my track.
Now the Ford Lightnings are fast but they also handle great. This is where GM will run into problems.
Super charger or no supercharger GM has nothing to compete with. Ford has proved they can get more horse power from the 5.4. Ever heard of a Cobra R, that spanks z06 corvettes. The cobra R is advertised at 385 hp and dynoes at 377.

these cars are a match (I think the Mustang may take the camaro by a car length)
the camaro has a little more HP but it's heavier.

Seriously, you go on and on about the mods to your car, but you haven't done them yet? And to top it off, you don't even know how to do the mods? You need someone to come hold your hand and do the work for you... the work you are asking about is basic backyard mechanic stuff...

P.S. You're gonna need something more than that 150 shot to help you. I sincerely hope you have another stage laying around in your daddy's garage that he can slap in for you. Oh, and an LS1 swap wouldn't hurt either....
Also.....maybe some bigger gears............shoot, dude.....I think YOU'RE the one that needs a few more months of work on your car to make it decent. I've got a few LS1 buddies who would straight laugh at your butt even after all those mods go in. But don't worry, they've all agreed to conceil their laughter when you get stripped by my Boss.

so..... you want us to stop wasting money when you dumped all that into an LT1? nobody here has any disrespect for the LS1 (and btw, that truck was heavily modded. Ive seen a bus do wheelies (and so have u if ur familiar with streetfire) anything is possible with money dumbass) also, the 4.6 3-valve responds to mods as well as the LS1, and they arent taking much to keep up. I know a guy who put down 304 to the wheels with a TB, intake, and custom dyno tune. if you dont believe me ask MusicCityGT. its his car. So you just go ahead and rant about how much better GM is (that must be why the company is doing so well right now right?
