RE: procharger
Your numbers are nice, but let me offer a word of advice. Back down the PSI a couple. Because of the sheer nature of the Prochargers, the way they make their power and where they make it, the PSI it takes to make it, etc., you are driving a time bomb. There are several twin screw cars out there making 450+ with or around 8psi that seem to be doing fine. There are also plenty of Procharger cars out there that have liberated the rods from the block above 10psi.

I have a menthanol injection kit installed but not hooked up yet becasue when u hooked it up it drops the rwhp to 425, so i have some more adjustments to make to get it right, do you think if i drop the psi down and hook up the menthanol i should be good?

RE: procharger
I only know two things about methanol injection. Lostsouls blew his procharged motor on the dyno trying to tune with it, and Adam at ST Motorsports says it is a bad idea for these motors. I have no personal experience with it, nor do I have an educated opinion to offer about it. Spyder is using it, but on a NA car so that is a completely different story.
Bottom line, like it has been said many different times. There is no "magic" HP number on where these cars will break. Some are good engines, some are not so good. Some run fine at 500hp, some blow at 375. Tuning plays a key factor also. Oddly enough, one of the better known tuners out there was tuning one that blew at under 400hp. Once again, back to some of the engines being good, some not so good. But one thing for sure, with only a couple of rare exceptions, the cars making higher hp at a lower psi seem to be surviving allot longer.

Running FRPP axle back on the exhaust. Rest is stock. Running a meziere EH2O pump, stock intake hose, Lightning 90mm MAF and sensor, Steeda CAI, BMR UCA and LCAs. Haven't lowered it yet because I honestly haven't decided exactly what I am going to do wheel wise. Probably going with 18X10s on the back and keep stock on the front. Would like to go 17X10 or maybe even smaller than that but just not in the mood to fight the break and sway bar issues.

Lots of em with that setup but they have blown engines .Word of advice if someone has a hard time making payments on car then you can't afford to replace the engine when it's gone don't do any engine mods then.
